In this option we close as quickly as possible, generally within two weeks after feasibility studies have been completed. You, the seller, get all the money for your property at the time of closing. So if you want your money right away this is the option for you!
Want to get paid monthly? We offer seller financing so you can be paid monthly instead of a lump sum. We even pay a 10% down payment, so you will have money to purchase your next property!
